Email privacy@getcenixa.com from the address on your account with the subject line Delete my data. We will confirm your identity and delete your account and business data within 30 days.
Your profile, leads, customers, messages, campaigns, posts, images and saved keys. Some financial and security records may be kept for the period the law requires.
You can remove Cenixa from your Facebook or Instagram settings under connected apps. This stops new data coming in. To delete the data we already hold, email us as above and we will delete it.
