You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and keys safe, and for what you do with Cenixa.
Do not use Cenixa for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, to send spam, or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you. You must follow the rules of the platforms you connect, including Meta and WhatsApp.
AI suggestions, research and images can be wrong or out of date. Check them before you rely on them, publish them or send them to customers. You are responsible for what you send or post.
Payments are processed by licensed payment partners. Cenixa does not hold your money in your own account. Marketplace bookings are fulfilled by GABI and its partners under the price, VAT and terms shown when you book.
Some features are free and some need a paid plan or credits. Prices are shown in naira before you pay.
Cenixa helps you make decisions. We do not promise any level of sales, leads or profit.
You may stop using Cenixa and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
To the extent the law allows, Cenixa is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
