Who we are

Cenixa is a marketing, sales and payments platform for businesses in Africa, operated from Lagos, Nigeria. You can reach us at privacy@getcenixa.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the business profile you enter.
• Business records: leads, customers, orders, bookings, campaigns, posts and the messages that reach your connected channels.
• Payment information that you or your customers provide through our payment partners. We do not store card numbers.
• Basic usage and device information that helps us keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use it to run Cenixa, to personalise recommendations, to prepare AI-written text and images for you, to keep the service secure and to contact you about your account. Text you submit to AI features is processed by our AI providers (Anthropic and Google) to produce the result.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Cenixa: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic and Google (AI), Paystack and other payment partners, Resend (email), and Meta when you connect Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. We do not sell personal data.

Your customers’ data

When a business uses Cenixa to manage its own customers, the business decides why that data is collected and is responsible for having a lawful basis, such as consent. We process that data on the business’s instructions.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections, access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive keys. We keep data while your account is active and for the period needed for legal, tax and security purposes after that.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses, under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. See our data deletion page or email privacy@getcenixa.com.

Children

Cenixa is not for anyone under 18.
